Welcome and why do I do this blog?

Hello Ladies,

My name is Timea and I'm here to help you with easy-to-follow steps, tips and advices how to get slimmer and healthier at the same time.

Why do I do this blog?

1. Because people think it's very hard to get slimmer and healthier - NO, it's not!
2. Because I can see many times in the gym that people has no clue what are they doing there.  NO, you don't need makeup to train, you can leave your bag in the locker and yes, you do have to wear some normal training clothes, but we gonna talk about these later as I have many things to say about it as well.
3. Because you use very very stupid "diets" to get slimmer and healthier and when it's not working (obiously it not gonna work as they are crap!) you get upset and give up on "diets"
4. Because you think "diet" and "training" is something hard and boring and disgusting and it's full of pain and suffering and it's something that you have to survive or something that you have to do for 4 days, 7 days or whatever and than you can stop it - NO! It's a LIFESTYLE! You can't just stop your lifestyle.
5. Because every day I see people eating and drinking rubbish!
6. Because you need motivation and explanation at the beginning of your new lifestyle.

This blog is for you if you are ready to change your life!

We will do it step by step and not just jump in it! If you want a long-lasting changing and not playing the yo-yo effect, YOU HAVE TO GET READY FOR IT - with the equipments, supplements and mostly in your mind. You can't do it like "Okay, I saw this diet in the newspaper, I will start it tomorrow and in 2 weeks I will have my dream-body!" It doesn't work like this and you will be just disappointed. Just think a bit... You were living with no training and with crap food in the past 20-30-40 years and you want to change it from one day to another. It just not gonna happen. It's like cigarette or alcohol or drugs. You are addicted to sugar, carbohydrate, bad kind of fats and sitting in front of your TV. You have to cut them down step by step and make sure they won't come back again.

I will help you with each step. I will give you motivation, help and explanations to understand how does it really work.

Forget about the "4-days diet" and "how to lose 30kgs in 1 week" bullshits! Forget about 5 and 10 minutes trainings! Forget about excuses! And most of all forget about fast-rubbish-food! 

If you want your chocolate and hamburger every day and if you want to believe in the "you-dont-have-to-move-and-you-can-eat-what-you-want-still-you-will-be-slim-and-healthy" magic tablets, if you love the excuses, like "now I'm tired", "now it's raining", "now it's a lovely weather", "now I have my period", etc., than it's not for you. And you not gonna get slimmer. And you not gonna get healthier. And your body will be as fat as now. It's your choise! 

You have to give up on certain food, you have to move your ass, you have to make your own food and train and eat well! You can't get something for nothing! It happens only in the fairy-tales! But if you train well and eat well and take the correct supplements, you HAVE TO get slimmer and healthier! It's simple as that!

If you chose to start it, than I will be your Coach from now. I won't be nice and sometimes I swear (take it or leave it), and my English is not perfect as I'm not English. =P
